Hello, Fabrizio Romano here with an update on Arsenal and a centre-back, because Arsenal are still looking for a centre-back on the market.
For sure there is movement at the club, they want to do more on the market for a centre-back, and not only, but for now at centre-back Ezri Konsa at Aston Villa remains a target.
Arsenal also appreciate other defenders, for example a player they like is Marc Pubill at Atletico Madrid, but at the moment Atletico Madrid have no intention at all to negotiate or let the player go, so it’s going to be very difficult.
For Konsa it’s a different situation, for sure it’s not easy as well, but in this case Villa could be open to negotiate if a big proposal comes to the table.

So Arsenal are aware of the conditions, they already made contact with the player’s agents, so the Konsa situation is one to watch.
