Dias was handed his first senior selection after Carlo Ancelotti named him in Brazil’s squad for upcoming friendlies against Australia and India. It is a significant milestone for a player already regarded as one of South America’s more exciting young defensive talents, and one that could have major transfer implications in the months ahead.
