The noise around Tottenham in this final stretch of the window is focused where it should be, in attack. Savinho and Omar Marmoush are the two names that matter most. Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo is another player linked in the background. What matters less now is the volume of names and more whether Spurs actually finish the job.
