Hannah Waddingham and Lily James wow in Wimbledon white as the women take centre stage on and off the court with the first semi-finals underway

Hannah Waddingham and Lily James led the stars on day 11 of Wimbledon on Thursday as the women take centre court in back-to-back semi finals.

Ted Lasso star Hannah, 51, swapped football for tennis, arriving at SW19 in a low-cut white waistcoat, teamed with matching tailored trousers.

The actress draped a blazer around her shoulders, looking cool and chic as temperatures continue to soar in London.

Lily meanwhile opted for a fitted white polka dot maxi dress for an afternoon in the Royal Box.

The Mamma Mia star, 37, added a pair of tinted sunglasses and carried a £ 2,900 Prada bag as she strolled through the sunshine to her VIP seats. 

Gabby Logan, 53, stood out amongst the Wimbledon white ensembles in a pink shirt dress, with statement puff sleeves.

Ex Made In Chelsea star turned podcaster and influencer Louise, 36, looked chic lace-trimmed spotty dress, whilst former TOWIE favourite Lucy, 34, chose a blue coord with a matching hat. 

Priyanka Chopra joined Lily in the Royal Box, keeping cool in white headscarf.

The actress, 43, enjoyed a FaceTime with her husband Nick Jonas before the matches got underway, turning her phone around to show him the view from the Royal Box

The US superstar, 22, is the highest-ranked seed left in the draw quarter-final clash at seven, after beating fourth seed Jessica Pegula in the quarter finals.

Priyanka looked tense as the first of the women’s semi finals got underway 

She will play in her first Wimbledon semi-final, seven years after her debut at the London tennis tournament at the age of 15 when she beat Venus Williams in the legendary tennis upset.

Gauff will take on Czech Karolina Muchova, the 10th seed, who beat Elise Mertens earlier in the week. 

Muchova comes into the semi-final with 10 wins in 11 on the grass this season, whilst ahead of Wimbledon this year Coco had zero grass-court wins since 2024. 

Following the Gauff, Muchova clash is the other women’s semi final which sees Linda Noskova face Marta Kostyuk. 

Elsewhere on Thursday is the mixed doubles final, with the all-Australian pair of Marc Polmans and Storm Hunter facing El Salvador’s Marcelo Arevalo and Latvia’s Jelena Ostapenko.

On Friday Arthur Fery will be back on Centre Court. The British wildcard now carries the nation’s hopes into Friday’s semi-final against second seed and recent French Open champion Alexander Zverev.

The 23-year-old beat ninth seed Flavio Cobolli in straight sets on Wednesday.

His performances have made him only the fifth wildcard entry to reach as far as the quarter-finals.
