Former Arsenal and Tottenham footballers to fight in major charity boxing event

A number of former football stars to have played for clubs such as Arsenal and Tottenham are set to step into the ring for another major charity event.

Pro Project Promotions, founded by former Arsenal goalkeeper Graham Stack, will return to Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 22nd October 2026 for A Night to Remember III – having already had two successful events to date.

Since the debut sold out event at Mayfair’s Grosvenor House ballroom in October 2025, over £201,500 for good causes has been raised, and this time around, the line up will feature 14 ex-professional footballers.

Match-ups will soon be confirmed, but will feature Nile Ranger, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Gary Madine, Sebastien Bassong, Matthew Briggs, Armand Traore, Harlee Dean, Simon Cox, Lee Cook, Leroy Lita, Anthony Gardner, David Norris, Martin Woods, Jamie Sendles-White.

A behind the scenes documentary will also be featured on Amazon Prime in the build-up to the event, and former Arsenal star and event founder Stack is expecting a massive event.

“This is our biggest and most emotional line-up yet. Every one of these lads has a story worth telling – some have played at the very top of the game, others have had to rebuild their whole lives, and all of them are stepping back into a ring for people who need it more than they do.

“With the documentaries landing on Amazon Prime, more people than ever are going to see what this really means. We’ve raised over £201,500 for charity in our first two events and we want the Grosvenor on 22nd October to be our biggest night yet – so get your tickets early, because this one will not stay available for long.”

Tickets for the event are now on sale and can be purchased from www.proprojectpromotions.com
