Chelsea are keeping tabs on Club Brugge centre-forward Nicolo Tresoldi ahead of a possible move to Stamford Bridge, according to TEAMtalk.
Tresoldi has emerged as one of the most coveted centre-forwards in recent transfer windows, and unsurprisingly so due to his prolific form since joining Brugge in July 2025.
The 22-year-old began his career with German side Hannover, where he came through the ranks before going on to make 79 appearances for the senior team, netting 14 goals and providing six assists.
In line with their renowned recruitment strategy of signing exciting prospects and developing them into highly sought-after talents, Club Brugge signed him in the summer of 2025 for a fee well below his current £29m Transfermarkt valuation.
Fifteen months into his contract, Tresoldi has proven his worth by helping the club secure their 18th Belgian Super Cup and 20th Jupiler Pro League titles, finishing as the latter’s top scorer.
Squashing any concerns about being a one-season wonder, the centre-forward has begun the ongoing campaign in blistering form, netting 12 goals in 14 games across all competitions, including three hat-tricks.
Such prolific form will undoubtedly draw interest, and it’s no surprise TEAMtalk reports that Chelsea were at the Jan Breydel Stadium last Sunday to watch Tresoldi in action against St Truiden, where he netted a hat-trick.

However, Chelsea are set to face fierce competition from Manchester City, who have earmarked the 6ft 1in attacker as a potential option should Erling Haaland depart the Etihad, according to the report.
Tresoldi struck 19 times during his first season in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League, but he is already on track to surpass that tally after netting seven goals in his opening nine games this term.
Six of those seven strikes have been classified as big…
