Chelsea will be hoping to claim just their third Premier League win since Christmas as they face a West Ham United side who are battling near the foot of the table.

The Blues will be hoping for a much-improved performance than that of the one delivered against Fulham last week, and it’s likely Graham Potter will make some changes.

Kai Havertz had a game to forget, receiving a Sofascore rating of just 5.8/10 for his wasteful performance as the club failed to find the net for the second league game on the bounce.

They have scored just three times in 2023 and the Englishman will be selecting a starting XI which could give them the best possible chance to not only secure all three points but to score a few goals in the process.

How will Chelsea lineup against West Ham?

Having kept seven clean sheets in 13 league matches, unsurprisingly, Kepa will retain his place in goal and will be aiming for his fourth shutout in a row.

The back four will remain unchanged from the 0-0 draw with the Cottagers.

Reece James and Marc Cucurella will occupy spots on the right and left-hand side of the defence, while the centre-back pairing will comprise of Thiago Silva and Benoit Badiashile. The duo made eight clearances between them against Fulham and a mixture of youth and experience has worked well recently.
