Nottingham Forest are interested in signing Kostas Tsimikas from Liverpool in the January transfer window, according to Il Messaggero. The report in the Italian news outlet has also credited Greek club Olympiacos with an interest in the left-back.
Tsimikas joined AS Roma on loan from Liverpool in the summer of 2025. The Greece international left-back signed a one-year loan deal with Roma, but he has struggled to establish himself in the first team at the Italian club, who are looking to terminate the contract and send him back to Liverpool in the middle of the season.
The 29-year-old started his career at Olympiacos before joining Liverpool in 2020. Tsimikas has been able to make only 15 appearances for Roma so far this season, scoring one goal in the process. Roma are currently fourth in the Serie A table at the moment with 42 points from 21 matches, seven points behind leaders Inter Milan.
