According to STV Sport, Hearts have “enquired” about signing Garang Kuol out on loan till the end of the current campaign.
The player himself today hinted at a possible move to Edinburgh on Thursday morning by posting a photo of the Scottish city on Instagram.
The 18-year-old forward, who had previously played for Central Coast Mariners, joined Newcastle at the beginning of January with the intention of being sent out to acquire experience.
Kuol has a number of possibilities for joining a team close to his parent club now that he has been granted a work visa to play football in the United Kingdom.
