Miranda Hart was all smiles as she arrived in Scotland with her rarely-seen husband Richard Fairs on Sunday ahead of filming Celebrity Traitors.Â
The comedian, 53, looked in high spirits as she was supported by her husband, 60, who she tied the knot with in October 2024.Â
The couple landed at Inverness airport in a private jet ahead of Miranda starting filming for the hit BBC show in the Scottish Highlands.Â
She kept casual in an oversized black shirt which she layered over a pair of blue denim cropped jeans.Â
Keeping comfortable in a pair of white trainers, the TV star toted a large black handbag and placed a pair of sunglasses on her head.Â
Meanwhile chartered building surveyor Richard donned a blue quarter zip jumper with a pair of jeans and trainers.Â

Miranda is making her return to TV after being announced among the Celebrity Traitors series two cast on Saturday.
In her 2024 autobiography, the comedian, 53, best known for her BBC sitcom Miranda, recounted her three-decade health battle that ‘left her bedbound and without joy’.
It took medics 33 years to discover Miranda had been battling with the bacterial infection Lyme Disease, after initially mislabelling her as being agoraphobic – an anxiety disorder characterised by symptoms of anxiety in situations.
The star then shared that she was also diagnosed with ME, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.Â
As a result she has remained for the most part out of the spotlight over the past five years, with her TV appearances limited to guest spots on chat shows and Comic Relief.
But fans were delighted to see Miranda’s name among the cast list for The Traitors on Saturday.Â
Hours earlier Love Island host Maya Jama, Coronation Street actress Julie Hesmondhalgh and EastEnders star Ross Kemp, 61, also touched down, before jumping into their cars to head to Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands.
Comedian Joanne McNally was also seen on the same flight, dressed in cycling shorts and also hiding behind some dark shades as she wheeled her luggage to the car.
The Celebrity Traitors series two cast was officially announced when the BBC dropped the first teaser trailer on Saturday, with Jerry Hall also seen heading to the castle over the weekend.Â

Shortly after the announcement, Jerry was spotted touching down in Inverness alongside Richard E Grant, Bella Ramsey and Amol Rajan, before jumping in cars to head to the Scottish Highlands.Â
After months of speculation over who could be following in the iconic footsteps of last year’s winner Alan Carr, in a quirky new trailer the 21 names were finally revealed.
Also heading to Ardross Castle are Michael Sheen and James Blunt., comedians Rob Beckett, Joe Lycett and James Acaster will also be joined by Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock.Â
The line up will be completed by mathematician Hannah Fry, broadcaster Amol Rajan, prankster King Kenny, Industry star Myha’la, Heartstopper’s Sebastian Croft and My Mad Fat Diary’s Sharon Rooney.
Set in airport arrivals, the trailer shows a line of actors standing with the iconic roundtable chalk boards revealing the names.Â
In the BBC’s announcement clip, people were seen holding signs at an airport with each of the celebrities’ names on them.Â
But in a hilarious nod to the show, many of the stars’ names were spelt wrong, such as ‘Rob Bucket’, ‘Miranda Heart’ and ‘Richardy Grant’.Â
Sharing the clip on Instagram on Saturday, the BBC wrote: ‘Host Claudia Winkleman will welcome an eclectic mix of people and personalities ranging from BAFTA and BRIT award winners through to social media stars.
‘Plus some of the UK’s most cherished actors, comedians, presenters and beyond as the celebrities question who they can and can’t really trust, figure out who deserves to be banished and try to discover which of them is plotting murder under the cover of darkness.’Â
