According to a report from Spanish publication SPORT, Barcelona have already made contact with his agent to explore a summer move. Meanwhile, Manchester City offered €40 million for the player, but it was rejected.
Manchester United have also followed up with a similar offer. It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. The report claims that Manchester United’s €40 million offer has not yet been accepted, and the player would prefer to wait for Barcelona.
