According to the report, he is exploring whether he can argue Tottenham are preventing him from practising his profession, a serious line of argument if it develops into a FIFA-related dispute.
It is understood that “Richarlison and his representatives have held talks with a legal team as they examine whether there is a route to cancel his Spurs contract through FIFA.” Tottenham, for their part, “do not accept that he has grounds to walk away from the club”, but the player “believes his current situation is untenable.”
