Manchester United and Chelsea reportedly look to have been handed a boost regarding their transfer interest in Morgan Gibbs-White.
The Nottingham Forest midfielder was one of the Premier League’s most in-form players from outside the traditional big six clubs last season, and looked pretty unlucky to miss out on a place in England’s World Cup squad.

Now Christian Falk has commented on Gibbs-White being linked with Bayern Munich in his latest exclusive column for CF Bayern Insider.
Responding to a report from the Daily Mail linking Gibbs-White with Bayern, as well as with the likes of Man Utd and Chelsea, Falk played down the prospect of the 26-year-old moving to the Allianz Arena.

In what could be taken as positive news for United and Chelsea, it seems we can forget about Bayern being in the race for Gibbs-White this summer.
“It is NOT TRUE (that) Bayern are looking at Morgan Gibbs-White as a potential Michael Olise replacement if the Frenchman signs for Real Madrid,” Falk wrote.
“In midfield, Bayern Munich has many good players in this position, including Joshua Kimmich and Lennart Karl, and then you have up-and-coming stars like Tomas Bischof, who is putting pressure on more established stars like Aleksandar Pavlović. Konrad Laimer can also play there.
